| [摘要] 男性不育严重影响男性的生理、心理健康，也严重影响其家庭的和谐幸福，在导致男性不育的病因中，其中一个重要的原因就是精子活力低下（弱精症）。近年来国内外学者使用中医、中西医结合和认知训练等多种治疗方法治疗弱精症导致的男性不育，取得一定的临床效果，但存在使用方法无统一规范、样本量不足、地区种族差异等问题，治疗上仍有待继续深入研究。本文就弱精症的发病机制研究、治疗方法进展及对抗氧化治疗特发性弱精症的展望做一综述。 |

| [Abstract] Male infertility seriously affects men’s physical and mental health, as well as the harmony and happiness of their families. Among various causes of male infertility, one of the important causes is low sperm motility (asthenospermia). In recent years, scholars in China and abroad have applied traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, cognitive training and other treatment methods to treat male infertility caused by asthenospermia, and achieved certain clinical effects. However, there are problems such as non-standardized treatment methods, insufficient sample size, regional and ethnic differences, and the treatment still needs to be further studied. This paper herein reviews the studies on the pathogenesis of asthenospermia, the progress of treatment methods and the future prospects of antioxidant treatment of idiopathic asthenospermia. |
