| [Abstract] Based on the perspective of collaboration of medicine and education, this paper analyzes the key problems in the construction and operation of collaboration of medicine and education in colleges and universities through studying the status quo of construction, operation and policy support of university affiliated hospitals. In response to the problems, suggestions were put forward, such as "creating a good policy and institutional environment for collaboration of medicine and education through the innovation systems at the government level" "strengthening the construction of universities themselves, and improving the quality of personnel training" and "building a new mechanism for collaboration of medicine and education". The medical undergraduate talent training system shall be optimized, the role of the main position of talent training in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities shall be given better play to, and the further improvement of the quality of medical talent training in colleges and universities shall be promoted. |
