| [摘要] 吻合口瘘（AL）是食管切除术后最严重的并发症之一，早期诊断、干预有助于改善短期及远期预后，现有的诊断手段存在敏感度差，确诊时机晚的问题。引流液淀粉酶（DA）水平已被用于诊断胰腺切除术、胃切除术、Roux-en-Y等术后的AL。一些学者探索了DA在食管切除术后AL中的诊断价值，这些研究认为DA水平及变化趋势与AL的发生相关，DA可以提早AL的确诊时间，增加诊断敏感度，甚至可以改善整体预后、降低医疗费用。因此DA颇具临床应用价值，然而目前国内相关的报道较少，本文对DA在预测食管切除术后AL中的研究现状进行综述。 |

| [Abstract] Anastomotic leakage (AL) is one of the most serious complications after esophagectomy. Early diagnosis and intervention are helpful for improving short-term and long-term prognosis. However, existing diagnosis means are of poor sensitivity with a prolonged accurate diagnosis. Drain amylase (DA) levels have been used to diagnose AL after pancreatectomy, gastrectomy, Roux-en-Y and other procedures. Some scholars have explored the diagnostic value of DA in post-esophagectomy AL and found through studies that DA levels and its change trends correlate with the occurrence of AL, and that DA can lead to earlier accurate diagnosis of AL, increase diagnostic sensitivity, and even improve overall prognosis and reduce medical costs. Therefore, the DA is quite worthy of clinical application. However, there are few relevant reports in China, and this paper reviews the current status of study on DA in predicting AL after esophagectomy. |
