[摘要] 骨代谢由成骨细胞和破骨细胞间相互制约,共同维持骨代谢平衡,来源于骨髓的免疫细胞和骨细胞通过大量的、多种类的细胞因子及其受体结合调节骨代谢平衡。本文根据查阅文献综述近年来骨组织细胞与免疫细胞间相互调控方式及作用机制的研究进展,阐述免疫抑制剂进入人体后的代谢途径,发挥其免疫抑制作用的相关靶点及作用机制,通过免疫抑制剂在分子结构与细胞水平上对骨代谢的影响过程,使骨与免疫细胞间相互调控机制更加清晰,促使在临床药物应用中,能够针对性地使用相关靶点的抑制剂或激活剂,为自身免疫性疾病的治疗提供新的药物治疗途径,为减少免疫抑制剂在临床应用中造成的不良反应提供新的治疗方向。 |

[Abstract] Bone metabolism is the mutual restriction between osteoblasts and osteoclasts to maintain the balance of bone metabolism. Immune cells and bone cells derived from bone marrow regulate the balance of bone metabolism through the combination of a large number of various cytokines and their receptors. Based on the literature review, the research progress of the mutual regulation and action mechanism between bone tissue cells and immune cells in recent years are summarized in this paper. The metabolic pathway of immunosuppressants after they enter the human body, the relevant targets and action mechanisms of developing their immunosuppressive effects are expounded in this paper. The mutual regulation mechanism between bone and immune cells is made clearer through the impacts process of immunosuppressants on bone metabolism at the molecular structure and cell level. For this purpose, the targeted use of inhibitors or activators of relevant targets in clinical drug application is promoted. A new drug treatment approach for the treatment of autoimmune diseases is provided, and a new treatment direction for reducing the adverse reactions caused by immunosuppressants in clinical application is therefore provided. |
