[摘要] 目的 探讨气压治疗仪联合踝泵运动对烧伤科卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响的护理研究。 方法 选取2021年5—12月广东省农垦中心医院收治的86例烧伤科卧床患者,2021年5—8月收治的41例烧伤科卧床患者为对照组,予以常规护理;2021年9—12月收治的45例烧伤科卧床患者为观察组,采取气压治疗仪联合踝泵运动护理。对比两组凝血指标、血流动力学指标以及生活质量改善情况。 结果 观察组干预7 d后纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,下肢血流平均速度、血流峰速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);干预7 d后观察组ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组干预7 d后的下肢血流平均速度、血流峰速度、ADL评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 气压治疗仪联合踝泵运动护理可改善烧伤科卧床患者血液高凝状态,加快血流速度,利于预防下肢DVT的发生,患者生活质量显著改善,值得进一步推广和使用。 |

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of air pressure therapy apparatus combined with ankle pump exercises on deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremities for bedridden patients in burn department. Methods A total of 86 bedridden patients who were admitted to the Department of Burns of Guangdong Agricultural Redamation Central Hospital from May to December 2021 were selected. 41 bedridden patients admitted to the Department of Burns from May to August 2021 were included in the control group and given routine nursing; 45 bedridden patients admitted to the Department of Burns from September to December 2021 were included in the observation group and treated with air pressure therapy apparatus combined with ankle pump exercises. The coagulation indexes, hemodynamic indexes and the improvement of the quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 7 days of intervention, the level of fibrinogen in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the average blood flow velocity and peak blood flow velocity of the lower extremities were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 7 days of intervention, the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The average blood flow velocity, peak blood flow velocity and the activities of daily living (ADL) score of the lower extremities in the two groups after the intervention for 7 days were higher than those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Air pressure therapy apparatus combined with ankle pump exercise nursing can improve the hypercoagulable state of bedridden patients in the burn department, speed up the blood flow, help prevent the occurrence of lower extremities DVT, and significantly improve the quality of life of the patients. Therefore, it is worthy of further promotion and use. |
