[摘要] 外泌体是细胞内的囊泡,可来自各种免疫细胞或非免疫细胞,且能调节适应性免疫和细胞免疫过程。外泌体对于自身免疫性疾病的治疗具有极大的潜力。浆细胞性乳腺炎(PCM)组织病理具有扩张乳腺导管,中性粒、浆细胞、巨噬细胞浸润,伴有脓肿和肉芽肿形成的特征。PCM组织中已发现存在外泌体,基于外泌体对自身免疫性疾病作用的研究,外泌体对于PCM可能存在激活炎症进展、抑制抗原提呈等作用,可能会成为未来对PCM机制研究及其治疗的新方向。 |

[Abstract] Exosomes are intracellular vesicles that can be derived from various immune or non-immune cells and can regulate adaptive and cellular immune processes. Exosomes have great potential for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Plasma cell mastitis (PCM) is manifested by a histopathological condition with dilated breast ducts, infiltration of neutrophils, plasma cells and macrophages, and accompanied by the formation of abscesses and granuloma. Exosomes have been found in PCM tissue, and based on the study on the effect of exosomes on autoimmune diseases, the potential effects of exosomes on PCM in activating inflammation progression and inhibiting antigen presentation may be a new direction for future study on the mechanism of PCM and its treatment. |
