      [摘要] 目的 探析医患关系紧张原因分析与多维度构建和谐医患关系的思考。 方法 首先通过回顾性分析首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院院2017年1月至2018年12月门诊及住院患者中的投诉案例,重点分析不和谐医患关系的原因,于2019年1月在原因分析的基础上多维度构建和谐医患关系,为期1年6个月。利用SPSS 21.0统计学软件比较两时间段医务人员满意度及患者满意度。 结果 通过原因分析,并采取多维度构建和谐医患关系后,患者对医护人员通过口头或书面进行表扬者明显提高,对医疗工作的满意度评价明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员对医院工作环境的满意度评价明显提高,工作业绩较前增长,身体健康状态较佳,同事关系和睦度提高,且职业幸福感较前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 积极分析医患关系紧张的原因,多维度构建和谐医患关系,可使医患双方的满意度均有明显提升,对科室竞争力增强和医疗护理质量提高具有重要意义,未来应不断引进国内外先进管理理念与方法,使得质量管理更加有效化和科学化。

      [Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of doctor-patient relationship and reflection of constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship in multi-dimension. Methods Firstly, through retrospective analysis of complaints from outpatients and inpatients admitted to Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University hospital from January 2017 to December 2018, the causes of disharmony between doctors and patients were focused and analyzed. In January 2019, based on the analysis of causes, a harmonious doctor-patient relationship in multi-dimension for a period of 1 year and 6 months was established. SPSS 21.0 statistical software was applied to compare the satisfaction of medical staff and patients in two periods. Results After analyzing the causes and constructing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship in multi-dimension, the praise of patients to medical staff by oral or written was obviously increased, and the satisfaction evaluation of medical work was significantly improved, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Medical staff's satisfaction evaluation on hospital working environment has been significantly improved, their work performance has been increased, their health status has been developed, their harmonious relationship between colleagues and professional happiness have been obviously improved, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Actively analyzing the causes of the tension between doctors and patients and constructing a relationship in multi-dimension between doctors and patients can significantly improve the satisfaction of both doctors and patients, which is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of departments and improve the quality of medical care. In the future, advanced management concepts and methods at home and abroad should be continuously introduced to make quality management more effective and scientific.
