| [摘要] 目的 观察隐适美MA与Twin-block功能矫治器治疗青少年骨性Ⅱ类下颌后缩的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析2017年6月至2020年6月到江门市口腔医院使用隐适美MA和Twin-block两种方法进行安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩矫正的青少年患者各30例作为隐适美MA组和Twin-block组进行临床研究。对患者矫治前和矫治后进行X线检查，测量矫治前后各参数的变化，并进行比较。 结果 治疗后隐适美MA组的下牙槽座角（SNB）高于Twin-block组，上下牙槽座角（ANB）、下颌平面角（GoGn-SN）、上中切牙切缘至鼻根点-上牙槽座点连线交角（UI-NA）低于Twin-block组，隐适美MA组面角、AB平面角和腭平面角总和（APDI值）、前鼻棘到颏下点的垂直距离（ANS-Me下面高）高于Twin-block组，上切牙切缘到下切牙唇面的水平距离（Overjet 覆盖）、上前牙盖过下前牙唇面的垂直距离（Overbite 覆合）低于 Twin-block 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 隐适美MA与Twin-block功能矫治器对青少年骨性Ⅱ类下颌后缩均有良好的临床效果，但是隐适美MA矫治效果更为理想。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Invisalign MA and Twin-block functional orthopedic appliances in the treatment of juvenile skeletal class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion. Methods A total of 30 adolescent patients with Angle Class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion who were treated by two methods of Invisalign MA and Twin-block admitted to Jiangmen Municipal Stomatological Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into the Invisalign MA group and the Twin-block group respectively for clinical research. X-ray examination was performed before and after treatment, and the changes of parameters before and after treatment were measured and compared. Results After treatment, SNB of the Invisalign MA group was higher than that of the Twin-block group, and ANB, GoGn-SN and UI-SN were lower than those of the Twin-block group. In the Invisalign MA group, APDI and ANS-Me were higher than those in the Twin-block group. Meanwhile, the Overjet coverage and Overbite overlap were significantly lower than those in the Twin-block group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The Invisalign MA and Twin-block functional orthopedic appliances both have good clinical efficacies on juvenile skeletal class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion, but Invisalign MA has better therapeutic efficacy. |
