      [摘要] 目的 探讨营养不良患儿家长营养相关知识知晓率状况及其影响因素。 方法 选取2017年1—12月在房县妇幼保健院门诊以及住院部就诊的120例营养不良患儿的家长作为本研究对象。对所有营养不良的患儿进行营养状况以及体格检查,并准确记录患儿家长的文化程度。对所有家长营养相关知识的知晓情况进行调查并进行相关的单因素以及多因素分析。 结果 营养不良患儿家长关于微量元素摄入量、三大营养来源以及营养性贫血的原因等营养知识相对缺乏;患儿父亲以及母亲的文化程度是影响其营养不良的主要因素(P < 0.05);父亲以及母亲文化程度是影响患儿营养不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。 结论 目前,部分家长营养相关知识知晓情况相对缺乏,主要为微量元素摄入量、三大营养来源以及营养性贫血的原因等相关的营养知识,并且父母的文化程度是导致患儿营养不良的主要危险因素,应通过采用健康宣教的方式促使家长对儿童营养相关知识进行加强,进而为患儿的身体健康创造有利条件。

      [Abstract] Objective To investigate the awareness rate of nutrition-related knowledge among parents of malnourished children and its influencing factors. Methods The parents of 120 cases of malnourished children admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department of Fang County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the objects. The nutritional status and physical examination were performed on all malnourished children, and the education level of their parents was accurately recorded. All parents' awareness of nutrition-related knowledge was investigated, and related univariate and multivariate analyses were carried out. Results Parents of malnourished children generally lacked of nutrition knowledge about the intake of trace elements, the three major nutritional sources and the causes of nutritional anemia. The educational level of parents was a main factor affecting children's malnutrition (P < 0.05). The educational level of parents was one of independent risk factors affecting malnourished children (P<0.05). Conclusion At present, some parents lack of nutrition-related knowledge, mainly including the intake of trace elements, the three major nutrition sources and the causes of nutritional anemia. Moreover, their parents' education level is the main risk factor leading to malnutrition in pediatric patients. Therefore, health education should be adopted to urge parents to strengthen their nutrition-related knowledge, so as to create favorable conditions for their children's health.
