| [摘要] 目的 分析咸宁市中心医院抗肿瘤药物致不良反应发生特点及规律，促进合理用药。 方法 采用回顾性分析方法收集咸宁市中心医院2017年3月至2019年3月上报的抗肿瘤药物不良反应（ADR）患者，分析患者年龄、性别、抗肿瘤药物类别及ADR类别。 结果 450例ADR报告中男性多于女性，≥50岁人群占65.6％。450例ADR报告中涉及抗肿瘤药品525例次，其中以铂类、影响核酸生物合成类为主。引起ADR的前5种抗肿瘤药物分别为顺铂＞吉西他滨＞奥沙利铂＞奈达铂＞紫杉醇，常见的ADR以骨髓抑制、过敏反应/过敏性休克居多。 结论 针对上述抗肿瘤药物ADR发生特点及规律，临床加强用药监测对促进合理用药具有重要意义。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To analyze the occurrence features and regularity of adverse reactions (ADRs) induced by antineoplastic drugs in Xianning Central Hospital and promote rational medication. Methods The ADRs cases reported in Xianning Central Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were collected by retrospective analysis, and the age, gender, antineoplastic drugs and ADRs categories of patients were analyzed. Results In 450 ADRs reports, there were more males than females, and 65.6％ of them were ≥ 50 years old. In the 450 ADR reports, 525 times of anti-tumor drugs were included, among which platinum-based drugs and those impacting nucleic acid biosynthesis were the main types. The top five antineoplastic drugs inducing ADRs were cisplatin ＞ gemcitabine ＞ oxaliplatin ＞ nedaplatin ＞ paclitaxel, and the common ADRs in majority were myelosuppression, allergic reaction/anaphylactic shock. Conclusion In view of the occurrence features and regularity of the above-mentioned antineoplastic drug inducing ADRs, it is of great significance to strengthen the clinical monitoring of drug use to promote rational medication. |
