      [摘要] 目的 研究昆明地区两所医学院校药学本科实习学生参与科研的影响因素与能力现状,为构建药学学生在实习阶段参与科研的教学模式提供参考。 方法 选取2018年12月至2019年11月在医院实习的205名药学本科学生作为主要研究对象,采用自制调查问卷,对实习学生参与科研培养的态度、相关知识和基本技能训练的情况、存在的困难和能力提升需求等进行调查。 结果 发放问卷调查表205份,回收有效问卷192份,有效问卷回收率为93.65%。药学本科实习生对参与科研态度积极,184名(95.83%)认为参与科研培训是必要的;药学本科实习生缺少参与科研相关的知识和基本技能训练,在校期间未参加过科研相关知识或技能培训课程的有121名(63.02%),未参与过科研兴趣小组的有166名(86.46%);药学本科实习生认为参与科研课题的难点首先是没有机会参与的有79名(41.14%),急需提升循证文献/实验解读能力的有121名(63.02%)、提升基础实验能力的有54名(28.15%);指导教师与实习生主动沟通交流偏少,学生在科研选题、论文撰写上需要指导教师帮助的有130名(67.71%)、112名(58.33%)。 结论 药学专业实习生参与科研综合能力需要得到提升;从未来药学人才培养的角度,应构建以培养创新性药学人才为目标的多元化教学模式。

      [Abstract] Objective To research the impacting factors and capacity status of pharmaceutical undergraduate internship students participating in scientific research in two medical colleges in Kunming, and to provide reference for constructing the teaching mode of pharmaceutical undergraduate students participating in scientific research in the internship stage. Methods A total of 205 pharmaceutical undergraduate internship students admitted to hospitals from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the main research objects. The self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the attitude of internship students to participate in scientific research and training, the training of related knowledge and basic skills, the existing difficulties and the ability improvement requirements of the students. Results A total of 205 questionnaires were distributed while 192 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective questionnaire recovery rate of 93.65%. Pharmaceutical undergraduate internship students had a positive attitude towards participating in scientific research training, and 184 (95.83%) students thought it was necessary to participate in scientific research training. Pharmaceutical undergraduate students lacked knowledge and basic skills training related to scientific research, and 121 students (63.02%) had not participated in training courses related to scientific research, and 166 students (86.46%) had not participated in scientific research interest groups. The difficulties of participating in scientific research projects were that there was no opportunity to participate(79 students, 41.14%), and it was urgent to improve the ability of evidence-based literature/experiment interpretation
