      [摘要] 目的 分析低负荷抗阻训练中运动肌血流限制对肥胖者的身体成分及胰岛素敏感度的影响。 方法 随机抽取2017年1月至2019年12月于鄄城县人民医院住院和门诊收治的80例肥胖患者作为研究对象,随机将80例肥胖者分为A组(n=26)、B组(n=26)和C组(n=28),其中A组作为对照组,不做任何肌力训练,维持其ADL活动。B组安排单纯抗阻训练,C组安排抗阻训练结合血流限制。比较三组患者训练前后的体脂(%)、空腹血糖值以及胰岛素抵抗指数变化差异。 结果 A 组训练前后体脂变化差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);B 组和 C 组训练后,其体脂均有明显下降(P < 0.05),但组间比较,C 组下降幅度明显高于 B组(P<0.05)。A组训练前后空腹血糖值及胰岛素抵抗指数变化差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);B 组和 C 组训练后,其空腹血糖值及胰岛素抵抗指数均有明显下降(P<0.05),但组间比较,C组下降幅度均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。 结论 对于肥胖者,在其低负荷抗阻训练中适当限制其运动肌血流,不仅有利于进一步增加其胰岛素敏感度,同时还能够进一步改善其身体成分,值得推广。

      [Abstract] Objective To analyze the impacts of blood flow restriction of motor muscles on body composition and insulin sensitivity of obese people in low-load resistance training. Methods A total of 80 obese people admitted to the inpatient and outpatient departments of Juancheng County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects, and they were divided into group A (n=26), group B (n=26) and group C (n=28) according to the computer random method. Group A was treated as the control group, without any muscle strength training and only maintained on their ADL activity. Group B was treated with resistance training alone. While group C was treated with resistance training combined with blood flow restriction. The differences of changes in body fat percentage, fasting blood glucose value and insulin resistance index were compared among the three groups of patients before and after training. Results There was no statistically significant difference in body fat changes before and after training in group A (P>0.05). After training, the body fat of group B and group C was decreased significantly (P<0.05), while in the comparison between groups, the decrease range in group C was significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance index before and after training in group A (P>0.05). After training, the fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance index in group B and group C were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), while in the comparison between groups, the decrease range in group C was significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion For obese people, proper restriction of blood flow of motor muscles in low-load resistance training not only is beneficial to further increase their insulin sensitivity, but also can further improve their body composition, which is worthy of promotion.
