      [摘要] 目的 探讨赏识教育引导功能锻炼路径护理对内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折患者围术期康复效果的影响。方法 选取2018年6月1日至2019年12月31日于肇庆市第一人民医院接受内固定术治疗的100例胫腓骨骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予赏识教育引导功能锻炼路径护理。观察两组患者康复效果,干预2周后的功能锻炼方法掌握程度、依从性,两组患者干预前后的生活质量,护理满意度。结果 观察组患者功能锻炼方法的掌握度评分为(42.20±6.10)分,明显高于对照组的(35.80±10.20)分(P<0.05);观察组患者功能锻炼依从性(100.0%)显著高于对照组的86.0%(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者各方面的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者康复优良率(96.0%)显著高于对照组82.0%(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 赏识教育引导功能锻炼路径可有效提高患者围术期治疗依从性,促进患者恢复,提升患者生活质量及对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

      [Abstract] Objective To investigate the impacts of appreciative education guiding functional exercise method on perioperative rehabilitation efficacy of internal fixation for patients with tibia and fibula fractures. Methods A total of 100 patients with tibia and fibula fractures treated by internal fixation admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing City from June 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, while the observation group was treated with nursing in the appreciative education guiding functional exercise method. The rehabilitation efficacy, the mastery and compliance of functional exercise method after two weeks of intervention, the quality of life (QoL) and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were observed. Results The mastery score of functional exercise method in the observation group was (42.20±6.10) points, significantly higher than (35.80±10.20) points in the control group (P<0.05). The compliance of functional exercise in the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than 86.0% in the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the QoL scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the excellent rate of patients' rehabilitation in the observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than 82.0% in the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Appreciative education guiding functional exercise method can effectively improve patients' perioperative treatment compliances, promote their recoveries, and increase their QoL and satisfaction with nursing services, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
