      [摘要] 目的 研究双相情感障碍患者护理中互动达标理论的临床应用价值。 方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月在江门市第三人民医院治疗的80例双相情感障碍患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各40例。两组双相情感障碍患者均接受常规护理,而观察组在常规护理的基础上再增加互动达标理论护理干预,比较两种不同干预方法对两组患者产生的影响。 结果 两组患者经护理后依从性评分显著高于护理前,且观察组的依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后与护理前比较,两组患者的BRMS躁狂量表评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均明显降低,且观察组的两项量表得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 将互动达标理论应用于双相情感障碍患者的临床护理中有积极意义,一方面有利于改善患者的躁狂和抑郁症状,另一方面可提高患者的治疗依从性,患者主观上对护理工作的认可度高,优势突出,值得在临床上进一步推广。

      [Abstract] Objective To research the clinical application value of interactive compliance theory in nursing care of patients with bipolar affective disorder. Methods A total of 80 patients with bipolar affective disorder treated in the Third People's Hospital of Jiangmen city from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40) according to the random number table method. Both groups of patients with bipolar affective disorder were treated with conventional nursing, while the observation group was combined with interactive nursing intervention based on conventional nursing. Meanwhile, the efficacies of two different intervention methods on two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing, the compliance score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before nursing, and the compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After nursing, compared with before nursing, the scores of Bech-Rafaelsen scale (BRMS) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) in the two groups of patients were significantly lower, and the scores of the two scales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is of positive significance to apply the interactive compliance theory to the clinical nursing of patients with bipolar affective disorder. On the one hand, it helps to improve patients' manic and depressive symptoms. On the other hand, it can improve patients' treatment compliance. Patients have high subjective recognition of nursing work and outstanding advantages, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
