[摘要] 目的 探讨网络分享场景模拟视频的宣教模式应用于中晚期孕妇核磁检查(MRI)的效果。 方法 选取2017年2月至2020年2月中山市博爱医院中晚期孕妇120例,依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组采取常规健康教育,研究组在对照组基础上采取网络分享场景模拟视频的宣教模式。统计两组检查过程中身心舒适情况、图象质量评分、检查满意度。 结果 研究组舒适状况量表中环境维度、社会维度、心理维度、生理维度分值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组图象质量评分(7.31±1.05)分高于对照组(6.13±1.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组检查满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(81.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 采取网络分享场景模拟视频的宣教模式应用于接受MRI检查的中晚期孕妇,可提升身心舒适度,保证图象质量,且孕妇对检查满意度较高。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of the propaganda and education mode of online sharing scene simulation video applied to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination of mid-late pregnant women. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women admitted to Bo'ai Hospital of Zhongshan from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the study group (n = 60) and the control group (n = 60) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional health education, while the study group was treated with the propaganda and education mode of online sharing scene simulation video on the basis of the control group. The physical and psychological comfort, image quality score and examination satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of general comfort questionnaire (GCQ) in environmental dimension, social dimension, psychological dimension and physiological dimension in the study group were all lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The image quality score was (7.31±1.05) points in the study group, higher than (6.13±1.10) points in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.00%, higher than 81.67% of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The propaganda and education mode of online sharing scene simulation video applied to MRI examination of mid-late pregnant women can improve the physical and psychological comfort and ensure the image quality, and the pregnant women are satisfied with the examination. |
