| [ 摘要 ]?目的?探讨微信联合 QQ 群辅助孕妇学校健康教育的效果。 方法 选取 2019 年 1 ～ 10 月在我院进 行产检的 356 例孕妇作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组采用孕妇学校健康教育，研究组在对照组基础上 采用微信联合 QQ 群辅助孕妇学校健康教育。记录并比较两组孕妇参与孕妇学校课程次数，比较两组产妇 的并发症情况、产妇自我护理能力以及产妇生活质量。 结果 研究组孕妇学校课程参与率明显高于对照组， 围产期并发症发生率明显低于对照组；与对照组比较，其生活质量及自我护理能力明显提高，差异有统计学 意义（P ＜ 0.05）。?结论?微信联合 QQ 群辅助孕妇学校健康教育能够显著提高孕妇课程参与率，降低孕妇 并发症发生率，提高产妇生活质量及自我护理能力，值得临床推广应用。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of WeChat combined with QQ group in assisting school health education for pregnant women. Methods 356 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination at our hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted the school health education for pregnant women,while the study group adopted WeChat combined with QQ group in assisting school health education for pregnant women on the basis of the control group.The frequency of participation in school curriculum for pregnant women was recorded and compared between the two groups.The complications,self-nursing ability,and quality of life of pregnant women were compared between the two groups. Results The participation rate of school curriculum for pregnant women in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of perinatal complications was significantly lower than that in the control group;Compared with the control group,the quality of life and self-nursing ability improved significantly,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion WeChat combined with QQ group in assisting school health education for pregnant women can significantly improve the participation rate of curriculum for pregnant women,reduce the incidence of complications in pregnant women,and improve the quality of life and self-nursing ability of pregnant women,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
