| [摘要] 子宫内膜癌为女性常见恶性肿瘤，发病率仅次于宫颈癌；本病多发于绝经期女性，然而近年来 40 岁以下的育龄期女性发病率逐年上升，因此如何在根治癌症的同时保留患者生育功能成为临床医生新的研究内容。笔者以“子宫内膜癌”“生育功能”为关键词在国内外相关期刊收录网站上进行了大量查阅，并总结、分析子宫内膜癌保留生育功能方案以及存在的问题等，现做一综述如下。 |

| [Abstract] Endometrial cancer （EC) is a common malignant tumor in women,and its incidence is second only to cervical cancer.This disease occurs mostly in menopausal women,but in recent years,the incidence in women of
childbearing age under 40 years old has increased year by year.Therefore,how to preserve the reproductive function of patients while curing cancer has become a new research direction for clinicians.The authors conducted a large number of reviews on the websites of related journals at home and abroad with”endometrial cancer” and “fertility function” as key words,and summarized and analyzed the fertility preservation treatment for EC and the existing problems.The review is as follows. |
