      [摘要] 目的 探讨简化 OSCE 模式联合 SBAR 沟通模式在手术室护理教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取2017 年 8 月~ 2019 年 1 月在本院手术室实习的 80 名护生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组 40 名。对照组给予传统的手术室护理教学方法;研究组运用简化 OSCE 模式联合 SBAR 沟通模式进行护理教学,老师按编写的护理教学方案对护生进行理论与实操带教。两组在出科前 3 天按简化 OSCE模式进行考核。考试设 5 个站点:术前访视、手术室护士晨交班报告表、实施护理措施(包括基础技术操作和专科技术操作)、术中突发事件应急处理能力、术后苏醒期护理。比较两组护生简化 OSCE 考核成绩及对护理教学模式的评价。 结果 研究组与对照组调查项目中,除实施护理措施(基础技术操作)与本次考试能够反映护生临床护理综合能力比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),其余调查项目统计数据,研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 简化 OSCE 模式联合 SBAR 沟通模式在手术室护理教学中应用,能巩固实习护生对各类手术护理知识的撑握和运用,让他们在实践中学会勇于沟通、积极思考和主动提问,并用评判性思维来研究与解决护理中遇到问题,综合护理能力得到了全面提升。

      [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of simplified OSCE mode and SBAR communication mode in nursing teaching in operating room. Methods Eighty nursing students who were interned in the operating room of our hospital between August 2017 and January 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 people in each group.The control group was given the traditional nursing teaching method in the operating room;the study group used the simplified OSCE mode and the SBAR communication mode for nursing teaching.The teacher gave theoretical and practical instruction to the nursing students according to the prepared nursing teaching plan.The two groups were assessed on the simplified OSCE model 3 days before course completion.There were 5 stations in the examination:preoperative visits,morning shift report form for nurses in the operating room,implementation of nursing measures (including basic technical operations and specialized technical operations),emergency handling ability during operation,and postoperative wake-up care.The simplified OSCE assessment results and nursing teaching model were compared between the two groups. Results Except for the difference of the implementation of nursing measures (basic technical operations) and the examination which can reflect the comprehensive ability of the nursing students' nursing ability was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).The other data in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of simplified OSCE mode and the SBAR communication mode in nursing teaching in the operating room can consolidate internship nursing students' knowledge,let them learn to communicate in practice,think actively and ask questions initiatively,and use critical thinking to study and solve problems in nursing.In this way,their comprehensive nursing ability has been comprehensively improved.
