[Abstract] Objective To investigate the cognition of cervical cancer screening, HPV infection and vaccination in 18-45-year-old women. Methods 1200 18-45-year-old women in Hubei area were selected by cluster random sampling, and the questionnaires were prepared and distributed. The general data of the subjects were collected to understand the screening of cervical cancer among 18-45-year-old women. The cognition of HPV infection and vaccination were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results Of the 1200 women aged 18 - 45 years, 873 (72.25%) knew about cervial cancer screening.Among them, 665 (55.42%) had received cervical cancer screening, 502 (41.83%) had known HPV infection, 665 (55.42%) had received cervical cancer screening, and 502 (41.83%) had cervical cancer. Only 193 (16.08%) women knew that HPV was vaccinated, of which 102 (8.5%) were willing to be vaccinated against HPV. By Logistic regression analysis, the results showed that age, education level and cervical cancer screening were the main factors affecting vaccine acceptance rate. Conclusion Women’s screening for cervical cancer is significant. Most women do not know enough about HPV infection and vaccination, and they know that cervical cancer screening is the main factor that affects the cognition of vaccinated women. Health guidance should be strengthened, knowledge about cervical cancer and HPV vaccination should be popularized, and the work of cervical cancer prevention and control should be carried out smoothly.
