      目的 观察高通量透析(HFHD)和常规低通量透析(HD)对尿毒症血液透析患者 C- 反应蛋白(CRP)和脑钠肽(BNP)的影响。 方法 选取 2015 年 1 月~ 2017 年 2 月于我院诊治需行维持性血液透析(MHD)的尿毒症患者 40 例,随机分成观察组(20 例)和对照组(20 例),观察组患者给予高通量血液透析,对照组患者给予低通量血液透析,比较两组患者首次血液透析前和治疗 6 月后的炎症因子 C 反应蛋白(CRP)及脑钠肽(BNP)的变化。 结果 治疗前两组患者血清炎症因子 CRP 水平及血清 BNP 水平比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);首次治疗后两组患者的 CRP 和 BNP 水平比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),治疗 6 月后观察组患者的 CRP 和 BNP 水平显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 高通量血液透析能够更有效降低尿毒症患者血清 CRP 水平及血清 BNP 水平,有助于改善患者的长期预后。

      Objective To observe the effects of high-flux hemodialysis(HFHD)and conventional low flux hemodialysis(HD)on C-reactive protein(CRP)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in hemodialysis patients with uremia. Methods Forty patients with uremia who were required to undergo maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(20 cases)and the control group(20 cases).Patients in the observation group were given high-flux hemodialysis while patients in the control group were given conventional low-flux hemodialysis.The changes of inflammatory cytokine C-reactive protein(CRP)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)before the first hemodialysis and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in serum inflammatory cytokine CRP level and serum BNP level between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in CRP and BNP levels between the two groups after the first treatment(P > 0.05).After 6 months of treatment,CRP and BNP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion High-flux hemodialysis can effectively reduce the levels of serum CRP and serum BNP in patients with uremia,which helps to improve long-term prognosis of patients.
