      目的 探讨多感官互动模式提升肺部感染幼儿振动排痰及雾化吸入依从性的效果。 方法 将我院儿内科 2017 年 6 月~ 2018 年 5 月收治的肺部感染幼儿 120 例随机分为研究组与对照组,各 60 例,对照组实施常规振动排痰及雾化吸入护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用多感官互动模式提升依从性。 结果 研究组幼儿振动排痰及雾化吸入依从性显著优于对照组,P < 0.01。研究组幼儿的肺部感染控制时间 [(4.50±1.58)d vs (5.26±2.10)d]、住 院 时 间 [(7.08±1.42)d vs(8.40±1.89)d] 及 住 院 费 用 [(3230.90±324.60)元 vs(3662.50±482.40)元 ] 均显著低于对照组,P < 0.05。 结论 多感官互动模式可提升幼儿振动排痰及雾化吸入治疗依从性,缩短肺部感染控制时间、住院时间,减少住院费用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of multi-sensory interaction mode on improving compliance of vibration sputum discarding and aerosol inhalation in children with pulmonary infection. Methods 120 children with pulmonary infection who were admitted and treated in department of pediatric internal medicinein our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group wasgiven routine vibration sputum discarding and aerosol inhalation nursing while the study group wasgiven multi-sensory interaction model to improve compliance on the basis of the control group. Results The compliance ofvibration sputum discarding and aerosol inhalationof children in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, P < 0.01.The control time of pulmonary infection(4.50±1.58)d vs (5.26±2.10)d, hospital stay (7.08±1.42)d vs (8.40±1.89)d and hospitalization expenses (3230.90±324.60) yuan vs (3662.50±482.40)yuan in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Multi-sensory interaction mode can improve the compliance of vibration sputum discarding and aerosol inhalation in children, shorten control time of pulmonary infection and hospital stay and reduce hospitalization expenses.
